• The central spiral staircase is constructed with Almendro wood for long term wear with custom millwork on all railings
• All bathrooms, laundry room and kitchen have extractors
• The infinity edge pool and spa are built on special 4 meters deep foundation under the floor of the pool. The option was chosen but not required because the pool is built into a hill. This steel and concrete foundation insures a long term stable investment
